A powerful beer that fills the palate with notes of citrus, pine and spice.

Plenty of body and strength!

Rotund Rooley - 6b

Horseshoe Quarry. FA. Mark Pretty, D.Whaley, Johnny Dawes 1986

Rotund Rooley is the hardest sport route we’ve attempted to date which seemed fitting as a name for the hardest beer we’ve tried to master to date!

This Rye IPA takes the typical American IPA style and adds some spicy rye into the equation. The Crystal Red Rye also adds some deep red hues along with further spice. A tonne of hops keeps the IPA’s bitterness levels up, whilst the West Coast Ale yeast keeps the beer clean and crisp.
