Some subtle flavours and aromas balanced to create a classic Belgian.
Dangerously drinkable!
Dry Wit in a Wet Country - font 7a
Robin Hood’s Stride. FA Johnny Dawes
A tenuous link to a Witbier, but we thought what better name for a Witbier! Plus this is an amazing route in an amazing location close to our hearts!
The Witbier style is simplistic in it’s design; simple grain bill and single hop, using a Belgian Wit yeast to bring out the banana and spice esters. The added orange peel and coriander seeds are subtle additions that further enhance this classic Belgian style beer and give it a zesty, floral tone… very easy to drink at this strength too!
